The blue diamond is the perfect moon over a sapphire sea in this sterling silver necklace. I made this design after spending time in Dominical, Costa Rica, where I was mesmerized by the majesty of the waves crashing onto the rocks, sending out that elusize spray. The sound of the ocean has always put me at peace, and I came home wanting to make a necklace that would evoke that wondrous mix of power and tranquility. Having spent much of my life near the ocean, I regard this piece as a talisman. 2pt blue diamond and four 1.3mm sapphires. Brushed satin finish with patina. Pendant is handmade in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Pairs beautifully with the Watching the Waves Earrings. Please select from 16" or 18" sterling silver chain.

Due to the satin finish on this piece and the patina, it may not be necessary to clean this necklace for some time. When that time comes, a polishing cloth is all that is required to for cleaning.
