This sterling silver and topaz necklace was inspired by my friendship with musician Sky Redhawk. It was created both as a reminder of the power of our unity in the face of adversity and to help donate funding to the Native American relief effort during Covid-19. 50% of proceeds from this necklace will be donated to the Native American Relief Fund. Please see the video for a look at this project. Against the backdrop of the Galisteo Basin, Sky plays the flute, beginning the process of a creative collaboration between musician and jeweler. The necklace We Are All Related—from the Lakota phrase Mitakuye Oyasin—emerges as a reminder of our interconnectedness. Native communities have been disproportionately impacted by Coronavirus. My Santa Fe jewelry studio is committed to creating jewelry for the betterment, both through donation that translates to direct assistance and through the celebration of a spirit of unity.

Please choose from 16" or 18" sterling silver chain and see additional gemstone options. Brushed finish with patina. Handmade in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Thanks to the following people gave of their time and talent to make this project possible: Sky Redhawk, Kirsten Russell, Ann Reuland and Donald Lanzer.
